Taking as a starting point a photograph by Martin Prekop, the knotty image of the olive tree develops as organic growth and baroque core: a bridge that connects the obscurity of the underworld, the luminosity of everyday space and the music of the celestial spheres. It is the axis mundi and the cabalistic tree, as another form of analogy between the worlds.
