This vision relates to a collection of essays, « The Game of Decapitations, » (1982) by the Cuban writer José Lezama Lima. The epigraph of the Prologue states: « The image penetrating the quantity is the supernatural ». It is the heraldic animal, the underwater flowering of the realm of images. It is the evolving future of an angel from the abyss, expressed in flowing rhythms of lines and tracks.
